The Philo-psy
Immunity Awards Foundation (referred to here as the Foundation) may
ask the question. Is there a Cancer prevention conspiracy? Is the
implication that there is more money to be made in curing the disease
and therefore far more suffering? Where are the researchers who will
discover a means, to immunize people for prevention, thus saving huge
medical costs and cause no more human suffering? Do researchers collect
their money from foundation grants(which may never exceed 10% of the
donations that they receive, since 90% is for expenses and advertising
), for those laboratories that concentrate their efforts on cures, not
prevention? In good faith, we cannot answer such questions, but some do
wonder.
The Philo-Psy
Organization is an internet site that is dedicated to promote
freedom. "The Philosophy of Morals and Values," by Nicola contains the
philosophical defining for people who wish to be free and responsible
for their lives. Philo-Psy is a site where any one may become
philosophical and write to publish their works for people interested in
Social and Economic Freedom from State Control." Philo-Psy is also
promoting here in this the, "Philo-Psy Immunity Awards
Foundation,"
'Freedom From Disease,' an entirely separate public charity organization

DEFINING AND POSTRATE CANCER:

Defining CANCER and
Medical's Future:
(Pathol.) a. a malignant and invasive growth or tumor, esp. one
originating in epithelium, tending to recur after incision and to
metastasize to other sites through lymph nodes or through blood. Breast
cancer is the most common cancer in women and accounted for
approximately 203,000 new cancer diagnoses
and 40,000 deaths in 2002.
As our population increases so do expected cancer cases and then there is the immigration political
pollcy. Before we are ever through with the Mexican exodus over
the border walls, and with the rrest of their families coming
through the turnstiles we will have in this country about 30 to 40
million illegal Mexicans that will need medical care. Add that to our
own 45, million poverty stricken citizens without health care now in
this country and any health care system we adopt will be broke as
soon as it becomes law. Also, add that to all the other welfare
bureaucracies, and those failures will be the cry for 'equality' and
the leadership's excuse to nationalize the economy ending our free
country.
Capitalism (our economic system) will be dead,
unless the citizens loudly protest and terrorize all bureaucrats,
politicians, and our highest leaders. We expect the illegal Mexicans to
go home and give their lives for their freedoms. But we must also be
ready to fight to keep our country free because if capitalism fails all
mankind will enter once again, into our own thousand year historical
era of, "The Dark Ages."
Prostate CANCER:
has become the most frequently
diagnosed cancer among men in the United States , exceeding lung cancer
by a narrow margin. The most important risk factor for prostate cancer
is age. It is rare prior to age 40, but thereafter the prostate may
increase in size this creating problems by shutting off the urinary
tract preventing release of urine and the danger of infections, and
increasing the incidence of adenocarcinoma of the prostate.
CANCER: of the large bowel: is fourth most common cancer, after
breast, lung, and prostate, and the second most common cause of
mortality after lung cancer. Incidence of colon cancer is similar in
men and
women, while rectal cancer is more common among men in most populations.
The Foundation
allows you to participate in creating an award that will be
given to any private enterprising laboratory, academic, person or
persons, DBA, company, or corporation, that successfully develops an
effective immune vaccine, medical procedure, an inoculation, genetic
immunizing medical method, or some other means to immunize people form
"CANCER." To make immune is to make a human resistant,
protected, safe, and invulnerable from a disease for an acceptable
period, or for a lifetime. You will feel assured that your donation
will be used to reward people for their free enterprising spirit when
they create immunizing medical procedures for diseases, and to be
rewarded for their efforts. It is our unique way to to support
capitalism.

OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM:

Our immune system is
a diffuse, complex network of interacting cells, cell products
and cell forming tissues that protects the body from pathogens and
other foreign substances, destroys infected and malignant cells, and
removes cellular debris. This system includes the thymus, spleen, lymph
nodes and lymph tissue, stem cells, white blood cells, antibodies, and
lymphokines. It is our immune system that protects our physical being
from invasive diseases. We know minor infinitesimal exposure to
viruses, bacteria, or diseased germs, in children by playing outside or
with friends may gain some immunity from some diseases. That is what an
inoculation or medicine does, it creates a small exposure to teach our
immune system how to fight any disease.
To immunize is to
make you immune, to be protected from disease or the like, as by
inoculation or medical procedure that makes one no longer susceptible
or responsive to a particular disease. Conditions that are brought on
by poor nutrition, bad habits such as smoking, drugs, alcohol, and
other addictions that abuse people's physical and neural systems, may
not be cured or solved by medical inoculation. Those are failures of
mental judgment where Philo-Psy's 'Wisdom = Sanity," will be of great
benefit.
We may not be
truthful with ourselves if we continue to believe scientists
cannot find an immune serum for inoculation or other medical procedure
to prevent diseases that invade the body. Some discoveries may be a lot
tougher to accomplish, but with great will it can be done. This fund is
the best way to solve that problem - make the pot big enough to tempt
the competitive spirit. As the fund grows it is more likely that a
person, scientist, investor or competent competitor will take the risk
as a challenge. That is our strategy to motivate an open, free and
moral medical free enterprise breakthrough.

THE PHILO-PSY JOINT IMMUNITY
AWARDS COMMITTEE:

The Philo-Psy Joint
Immunity Awards Committee (referred to as the Joint Committee)
will consist of twelve (12) members of varying medical scientific and
management expertise, as trustees, to supervise the various funds. The
joint Committee at any time may be convened by the Joint Committee or
the President of, the Foundation, to investigate the progress of the
funds accounting to maintain the fund's integrity. They are also
charged
with the authority to investigate potential claimant's for the immunity
award fund and to present the award to those who made the discovery.
The Joint Committee
will choose their leaders withinin their initial meetings. The
Committee's expertise shall include and make sure that at least several
trained and fully qualified be included in the medical fields of say,
AIDS treatment or immunization, genetics and virus researchers. The
majority to define expertise, members to consist of varied scientists,
medical managers in the health field, the press, our banking people,
proven experts, and others to consist of at least twelve committee
members. The acceptable percentage of physically inoculated
effectiveness in humans and length of time effective in decades or a
lifetime is to be determined by the Joint Committee.
Ninety percent 90% of
the funds you donate will be used for the award endowment you
have selected for your donation. Ninety percent of your money is being
used to buy a vaccine to save your life. No other charity or foundation
can make that claim. Because of the economical means that such a the
non-profit division may be managed, we may need to only employ the
committee intermittently at their request for an accounting or when an
immunity solution is discovered. At this time, a partially automated
web site with limited personnel, employees and management, and
appropriate facilities may be all that is needed for the providing the
operation of the website at, The Philo-Psy Organization, who is the
creator and contractor as a temporary internet server for the
Foundation.
To reiterate, ninety
percent (90%) of your donation will go towards awarding an
immunity inoculation, medical or genetic solution that will prevent
people from being infected, afflicted, or catching the disease. Today
more effort is in finding a cure after you catch the disease. Drug
companies may have survival needs that have evolved and wish to treat
people who have caught a disease which patients may need for the rest
of their lives. Even if cured today one is still vulnerable to the
infection. We want immunization, and we deserve 'Freedom From Disease.'
We may be creating
new funds depending on the many requests that may be made, to
donate for a particular disease. However, the Joint Committee may be
guided by the figures that show the greater fatalities in the U.S.A.
when setting up new disease funds.
