A.  The Philo-Psy Immune Award Foundation (hereafter as The Foundation) has one goal, to protect you from ever suffering by catching AIDS or Cancer.  We do not want a cure, but want to be immune from ever being infected with such dreadful debilitating diseases.  The goal is IMMUNIZATION a vaccine or other medical procedure to immunize you from ever catching malignant Cancer, or becoming, because of your loving nature, a victim of the AIDS epidemic.

B. The Foundation has created two protected bank award accounts:
      1. Philo-Psy Cancer Award Fund
      2. Philo-Psy AIDS Award Fund
      This Foundation is providing the most unique means to assure you that  you will only be giving your money for results!   The funds (90% of your donations) are used only if effective vaccines or medical procedures are found to immunize you from disease.

      Please note, that 90% of your donation will go into the fund and only 10% will be used for Foundation expenses.  There are very few foundations that can make that claim.  The only way we can do this is by not spending dollars on expensive advertising within today’s media.  We must depend on our donors to, PASS THE WORD AROUND!

C.  We do not want a cure, genetically or otherwise, to have medical or physical treatments and/or paying for prescriptions for the rest of your life. Nor do we want those prevention foundations that collect money to tell you how to eat right - diet, exercise, take this herb, that pill, advice for all kinds of checkups, they are working on a new cure, ad infinitum, and they are not guarantees, to 'prevent' diseases. You have no 'Freedom  From Diseases.'
 
D.   All of your donations are tax deductible. With everyone’s small donations we can easily create very large awards, so that in the spirit of free enterprise, laboratories will join in a race to compete for the prize when they provide us with an immunization for Cancer and  AIDS, that is, to win the award you have helped us create with your dollars.

E.    The scientists must prove that they have developed an immunization or medical procedure for Cancer or AIDS in order to be awarded the fund. YOUR independent "Philo-Psy Joint Immunity Awards Committee," referred to here as the 'Joint Committee,' consists of twelve members in business, banking, medical scientists, the press, health associations, and professionals of diverse interests who will have the fiduciary responsibility and authority to maintain and protect the security of the Funds. They also have the duty and power to award the fund to whoever comes up with the first or best vaccine or medical procedure that can immunize us, and to free us from ever getting the diseases, Cancer or AIDS.

   To reiterate, 90% of your donation will go directly into the protected fund you choose. The Foundation receives only 10% and out of that we pay over 2 1/2%  for credit card processing expenses. This is unheard of in traditional  foundations, and that is because we do not advertise, but depend on all the people like yourself to pass the word around wherever you go on or off the web.

    When you receive our, "Thank You," response, we also give you the means to instantly e-mail from this unique site to everyone you know with your personal message.     You may remember that recently, Burt Rutan's passenger plane that achieved suborbital commercial flights to win for him the $10,000,000 million dollar Ansari Prize, was won with relatively very little research cost for this .   NASA with a budget of $85,000,000,000 billion dollars per year and are frightened every time they make a flight into space. Their shuttle is being referred to as 'a flying coffin.' You are building up the prize money to save your life.  Burt Rutan got his money for getting results!

     And remember there are a lot of medical research organizations getting hundreds of millions in grants for the past 90 years from nonprofit foundations to work on cures and none is forthcoming at this time! You will be hard pressed to find a research firm using grant money for developing an immunization for Cancer. They know genetic research is not the direction for CANCER or AIDS immunization.  Genetic research for cancer may only produce a cure!  To influence a genetic change in human genetic structure is a process requiring hundreds of thousands of years of evolution.   

     There is no motivation to develop immunization for any disease, because cures earn more money. You can help! You will be putting 90% of your money in the pot, and we make them earn it when they discover an immunization to win the prize!     We need your donations for this dedicated commitment.  As a donor you may decide the disease you wish to give, such as the present accounts for CANCER Award, or AIDS Award (click on either one, or give to both) and enter the amount of your donation and method of payment on our sign up pages.

    The size of your donation is not important, only that you know you are doing your part for yourself and mankind and having faith that this concept is sound to prevent you and your children from ever having Cancer or AIDS. 

• Per your Budget: You may give once, and that is sufficient, or you may want to budget an amount monthly, annually or any length of time you may decide. 
  
• In Memoria: We have made provisions where you may donate for those you value as a 'memorial,' a donation for those you hold dear. Then, we respond with a receipt (for the IRS deduction), and a thank you page with an appropriate notification of your generosity to the family of the deceased.
• Estate Planning: You may give by planning your estate with a Grant or a Gift in any manner to continue the any fund's progress for your descendants, which will commemorate your lasting love and devotion to your family's health and happiness. You will receive  a letter of thanks and a receipt (for the IRS) for every donation.
